I’m Kellie DeAnn. This is a personal blog to keep my family and friends updated. It is also a space for my own self-expression. I never intend to offend anyone with what I post, but I know not everyone believes what I believe or sees things with the same perspective. So while I appreciate you reading, I hope you will keep these things in mind. 
I’m an old soul, a kid at heart, and have always been searching for something…something BIGGER and more MEANINGFUL…and I feel that with each new chapter of my life I’m gonna find yet another piece of it. I’m learning a little bit more about myself, life, and how I want to live it everyday. Most importantly, I am a firm believer of God’s love for us and feel that it is our primary purpose in life to love and care for one another.

i can’t say that you have found it all – because i am still looking for a few things myself. i have found the door though, and so have you – the rest is a life long process, always learning, always changing, always growing, always realizing how much you don’t know…and how much there is out there : ) . glad you are now part of my journey. love you mucho

I know that from past experience that what you have found in Louisiana has brought back the light in your eyes that might have been missing for a while. I think that has more to do with Judd than anything but I also know that it has to do with the spriritual journey you have begun. Good luck on your continuing journey! Love and miss you!

You are amazing. I truly do miss you and am very happy that you get to spend time in one of the most incredible cities in the world.
Just so you know, Sonora was never on my bucket list, either. And here I am. I suppose God gives us buckets we didn’t know we are supposed to have. You look happy. That makes me happy.

thanks, shalayne! i realize now that my “bucket list” comment might’ve come across a little bit on the rude side and i apologize. i didn’t mean it that way…it’s just that i have a lot of baggage related to good ol’ sonora town… and while i NEVER wanted to move back after graduating high school, i’ve moved back there twice since college…and acquired even more baggage in the process. (sigh), so i’m fully aware that we never know what God has planned for us, but i’m praying that i don’t end up there again! while i know for some it is a great place to live and raise a family – it’s just not a “healthy” place for me to live, ya know? now as for you – you can probably RULE that town!!! …and perhaps already do! sonora is very lucky to have you AND your talent…but mostly just you for the light you shine.
